Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time- there is a 15 minute grace period , if you do not arrive during this period your appointment needs to be rescheduled and rebooked. Deposit will be kept and a new deposit will need to be paid.
Cancellation- 50% of service.
reschedule please do so 48h prior to appointment. Deposit will be returned.
No show - can’t book again.
Make sure to book the correct service.
I will not remove / work over someone else nails or on severely damaged nails.
Children are not allowed in the suite.
Guests are welcome as long as I’m given a heads up.
